This is to announce that International Innovation Network Oy (“IIN”), a supplier of automated modular production automation systems worldwide, headquartered in Oulu, Finland, has acquired majority of shares in Professional Mechanics Finland Oy (“Promec”), a manufacturing equipment design and fabrication company headquartered in Kempele, Finland.

By adding Promec’s technical capabilities, infrastructure and customer portfolio to IIN’s international network, competence and product strategy, we are a company which has huge potential for rapid international growth.

Company has two business focuses; Production Automation Solutions and Manufacturing Services and offices in Oulu Finland and Boston USA.

Petri Rimpeläinen has been appointed Director of Manufacturing Services and Timo Juntunen Director of Production Automation Solutions.
